SECURing Our Nation's Integrity

In creating this company's brand identity, an in-depth brand analysis was performed. The identity brand, SECURing our Nation’s Integrity, is based on the strategic vision, mission, and values of the company.  All of which organically focused on a strong performance that revolved around INTEGRITY. 


The look and feel of the brand were created to appeal to the company's target audience - government executives. An overall creative direction and a branding guide were developed to support content discipline and style to ensure consistent use of the brand identity.

Branding the Culture - the SHIELD program

Integrating the brand identity into the company culture, furthermore, strengthened the company internally and externally. The focus was to create a culture in which the employees would come together to be the SHIELD in SECURing Our Nation's Integrity.


  • A Morale program was woven into the staff's work environment, encouraging teamwork and group fun gatherings to bond the staff in becoming the SHIELD. 
  • The Onboarding process was redesigned to enforce the company's morale goal. Bringing to life how the employees of ADC are the front-line of defense in SECURing Our Nation's Integrity through background checks and investigations. 
  • Employee communication was branded with the SHIELD logo. All employee rewards were also branded with the SHIELD logo. Creating a unified front.
